Our criteria of sustainability are based on seven CATEGORIES of possible features to be applied, as showed in the table below. Individual category includes several features that managers of sites for tourism, gastro-tourism, and producers of natural food may apply.
In order to join mondoeco managers are requested to apply in their sites at least 2 eco-features out of the 2 different categories. The seven categories of green features are displayed as icons showed below. Member sites will be displayed with as many icons, based on number of features applied.

WHAT OUR GREEN-FEATURES REFER TO?
Green-features from individual categories (left icons from the table below), refer to well known international Quality labels that managers may apply in their own sites. We do admit further Quality labels, in a way referable to our green-features, possibly not included in the table below.

Extra-features
In addition to green features, places to visit or stay may adopt further hospitality features, such as En suite bathroom and Wi-fi available to the guests. Those features will be showed in the file of the site to visit as follows.

Very sensitive places to visit or stay, adopting many green measures, will be displaied with a greater visibility from the searching maps. Those sites will be distinguished by a green-ring icon, instead of the orange-ring icon for the standard sites.
